Regular meetings of the Lafourche Parish Game and Fish Commission (Commission) are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in
the meeting room of the Lockport Town Hall. The Commission is a public body, and all meetings are open to the public. Meeting notices are published
in the Official Journal (The Daily Comet) of Lafourche Parish with sufficient time for public attendance; in addition, agendas are posted at the
Lockport Town Hall and on the Commission web site prior to the meeting. Meetings are governed by Robert's Rules of Order.
The general public is encouraged to participate in Commission meetings. At each meeting there is an agenda item for public input which allows the
public to comment on any topic relevant to the Commission or the Lake Field/Lake Long Game and Fish Preserve. In addition, during discussions of
specific agenda items the public may comment when recognized by the Chairman.
